• The deadline to make a return or change is 10 business days after receipt of the order.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels.
  • They can send us the product by the transport company they want, always taking charge of the shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the package in our offices and verify that the product is in perfect condition, we will process the return and will refund the value of the product by the same means in which the purchase was made (paypal or credit card).
  • Reduced products or the Outlet section can not be returned.
  • Changes can be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of greater value, they will have to pay the difference.
  • To make a change you must write an email to contacto@bylopez.com and we will explain the steps to follow.
  • If you need to make a sizing change and we do not have the desired size in stock, we will process the corresponding return.
  • In case of change, the new shipment will be charged to the customer.


It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which we send them. Otherwise (in case we receive the product in poor condition, dirty, damaged or used) the product will not be returned, the only possible solution being the new shipment of the same product. The new shipment will be charged to the customer and the period for claims is 10 business days from the notification by us.
