- The deadline to make a return or change is 10 business days after receipt of the order.
- The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels.
- They can send us the product by the transport company they want, always taking charge of the shipping costs.

It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which we send them. Otherwise (in case we receive the product in poor condition, dirty, damaged or used) the product will not be returned, the only possible solution being the new shipment of the same product.
